We had a home in Galion that we loved as a 2nd home but could not get there enough to have it make sense. We had been getting a postcard regularly from Richland County Homebuyers and finally called them. Told them my situation and what I needed to have selling the property make sense. They quickly did some math and a couple quick inspections and we agreed to move forward with them. Transaction was smooth and speedy and everybody was happy. Great Job!!!
